KromaTiD™ offers unique high-resolution Directional Genomic Hybridization™ (dGH) products that are the only assays capable of detecting all types of chromosome rearrangements in a single sample, and the only assays that reliably discover and detect cryptic inversions. dGH assays reveal strand-specific chromosomal information with a high level of accuracy and detection power. dGH Chromatid Paints give you the power to detect both small and large rearrangements, with wide application in both screening and diagnostics. dGH Targeted Probe Assays enable you to detect specific inversions and other mutations on a cell to cell basis. Paints and Specific Assay Products are available in standard 10 and 50 assay kits as well as custom configurations.

We welcome your questions about dGH assays and are able provide tools to get you started with dGH technology, including economical test kits for exploring what dGH technology can do for you.  We also offer CO-FISH treated metaphase spreads to serve as controls to compare to your labeling and degradation of the nascent DNA strand. In addition, we offer internal control probes that can be used to normalize your results or to hone in on a specific location.  Ultimately we are all taking sides against genetic disease.
